Requirements

The role also requires the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop clear recommendations, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Internal Controls Manager will design, implement, and monitor financial controls within key financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. Responsibilities include reviewing financial reports, interpreting data for accuracy, and generating monthly reports on project expenditures and revenue. The manager will also provide accurate financial records for reporting and audits, support revenue recognition processes, validate billing activities, and prepare tax filings as needed. Additionally, they will assist in developing accounting policies and procedures and collaborate with business partners to analyze financial records and provide insights.
