Requirements

Responsibilities

The Internal Communications Specialist will lead the execution of internal communication strategies, plan and accomplish these strategies to align employees with business priorities, and draft executive and employee messaging. They will manage content calendars, create written and visual content for newsletters, banners, infographics, and videos, and manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Planner, Slack, Teams, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp. The role also involves coordinating virtual All Hands meetings, supporting culture and engagement plans, and monitoring communication effectiveness.
