Requirements

10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with a track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
Proven ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and impact
Expert storyteller with outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Strong change management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
Skilled in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, video, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead Internal Communications Strategy: Define and implement a cohesive internal communications approach, including management of Global Company All Hands meetings, programs to support major initiatives, organizational announcements, and distribution channels
Drive Content and Editorial Excellence: Oversee the development of high-impact content across formats—newsletters, videos, emails, presentations, and intranet—ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company values
Support Organizational Priorities: Design and lead communications for major company programs and change initiatives, ensuring employees remain informed, engaged, and aligned
Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with executive, HR, and functional teams to support programs and amplify messaging across departments and geographies
Measure and Improve: Define KPIs and feedback loops to evaluate impact. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve communication effectiveness
