Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with a track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to communicate complex topics with clarity and impact
  • Expert storyteller with outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong change management experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Skilled in using digital tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, video, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Internal Communications Strategy: Define and implement a cohesive internal communications approach, including management of Global Company All Hands meetings, programs to support major initiatives, organizational announcements, and distribution channels
  • Drive Content and Editorial Excellence: Oversee the development of high-impact content across formats—newsletters, videos, emails, presentations, and intranet—ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company values
  • Support Organizational Priorities: Design and lead communications for major company programs and change initiatives, ensuring employees remain informed, engaged, and aligned
  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with executive, HR, and functional teams to support programs and amplify messaging across departments and geographies
  • Measure and Improve: Define KPIs and feedback loops to evaluate impact. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and continuously improve communication effectiveness
