  • BSN or RN required
  • 3+ years' experience in nursing within a direct patient care setting
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel and Access) required

Responsibilities

  • Train and/or coach staff and management in areas such as quality improvement, process management and reliability science
  • Maintain communications with administration, medical staff and department heads regarding quality assurance activities
  • Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
  • Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed
  • Follow established guidelines/procedures
