Responsibilities

  • Work with teams operating within a service group, product group, and/or project group
  • Assist with the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, industry research, reporting, and internal communication services with team members
  • Investigate and communicate potential opportunities for process improvement as well as potential project initiatives
  • Work with different departments including sales, marketing, and business development to develop knowledge of industry and organizational processes
  • Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills
  • Identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident (typically not difficult or complex)
  • Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems
  • Communicate primarily with internal contacts within immediate group to gather, confirm, and convey information
