Requirements

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, working towards a degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues while managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Available to start on May 18, 2026, and participate through the duration of the program (through August 7, 2026)

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing basic system problems, determining root-cause and initiate corrective action
  • Troubleshooting at the physical level of the network, working with network measurement hardware and software, as well as physical checking and testing hardware devices
  • Supporting and maintaining plant applications and infrastructure systems including desktops, servers, printers, and phone systems
  • Ensuring data/system security complies with Toro corporate policies to protect the Toro information technologies from unauthorized access, use, or interruption
  • Take direction from manager/supervisor to solve technical issues within the facility
