Responsibilities

Analyzing basic system problems, determining root-cause and initiate corrective action
Troubleshooting at the physical level of the network, working with network measurement hardware and software, as well as physical checking and testing hardware devices
Supporting and maintaining plant applications and infrastructure systems including desktops, servers, printers, and phone systems
Ensuring data/system security complies with Toro corporate policies to protect the Toro information technologies from unauthorized access, use, or interruption
Take direction from manager/supervisor to solve technical issues within the facility
