Responsibilities

  • Business Systems Analysis Intern: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate business requirements into development, implementation, and enhancement of systems; identify and evaluate new IT capabilities; develop and execute quality assurance processes; manage incident management execution
  • Software Engineering Intern: Design, develop, test, debug, build, and deploy enterprise-wide or Marathon-specific software; identify and document technical design requirements; leverage software engineering best practices; perform code reviews; participate in all aspects of software development lifecycle with focus on automation, security, and continuous improvement
  • Cybersecurity Intern: Evaluate, test, monitor, and maintain IT and OT cybersecurity policies and procedures; ensure adherence to identity management processes; identify security risks and suggest preventive measures; conduct risk assessments and compliance audits; investigate and remediate security incidents; determine threats and coordinate preventive actions
  • Network Engineering Intern: Provide expertise in developing, implementing, and managing public and private networks; support network-related responsibilities
