Requirements

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gaia (essential knowledge required) and Foundry (debugging capabilities preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to travel domestically 25% of the time if needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense, including joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
  • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
  • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product
  • Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders (inclusive of the possibility of occasional Saturday morning briefings)
  • Provide support in addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and answering questions from senior leaders
  • Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs and how that can translate to Palantir product
  • Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools to facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions
