Responsibilities

Write, review, and maintain high-performance, well-tested, and secure code while personally owning all deployed features through Quality Gate and Security Vulnerability Gate compliance
Proactively identify and resolve system instability, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt to maintain ≤ 0.2 Bugs per Story Points Delivered
Collaborate with Revenue Engineers and Technical Value Steward to translate business problems into the simplest, most scalable technical solutions
Design internal APIs and data contracts that ensure data integrity when integrating with the Memory Squad (Central Data Hub)
Ensure deployed features are demonstrably the most efficient technical solution for moving the Squad's Business Outcome KPI
Actively participate in Squad operating rhythms (Planning, Stand-ups, Work Review) to maximize Time to Value
Transition between Squads as organizational priorities evolve, applying consistent technical standards across domains
Mentor junior engineers and communicate complex technical trade-offs effectively to non-technical stakeholders
