Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience managing and executing enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations, particularly with Workday and other enterprise-grade HCM solutions like UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors. A Workday HCM certification is preferred, as is experience with integrations listed on the Ashby Knowledge Base. Strong customer centricity, change management experience, technical proficiency in complex products, consultative skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. Proven experience in technical solution design and troubleshooting, especially with Workday integrations, clear communication, and active listening skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Integrations Consultant will lead customer-facing engagements focused on complex technical projects for strategic customers implementing Ashby with custom-built HCM integrations. Responsibilities include defining, managing, and executing technical requirements for these customers, advising on integration best practices and technical configurations, and partnering with customers' internal experts to achieve their goals. The consultant will also leverage existing knowledge of integrations and products to help customers implement Ashby swiftly and achieve their desired business outcomes. This involves partnering with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional partners. The role also entails addressing thematic customer opportunities and improving internal processes.
