Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served
10+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years systems management experience

Responsibilities

Design and implement On-prem/Cloud integration solutions to meet business requirements using products like TIBCO CE/MuleSoft/Azure logic apps
Lead the Architecture, design of Cloud Microservices and TIBCO applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to define integration strategies and solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integration best practices and standards
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the integration layer
Stay updated with the latest Cloud Microservices Integration and TIBCO technologies / industry trends
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures

Oversee development and product integration roadmaps, develop best practices and standardized architectural frameworks
Provide leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of integration/middleware systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making
