Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in software engineering, business, information systems, or a discipline closely related to the client area served
  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 3-5 years systems management experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership & strategy for a group of IT professionals supporting a major organizational unit responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of integration/middleware systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making
  • Oversee development and product integration roadmaps
  • Develop best practices and standardized architectural frameworks
  • Design and implement On-prem/Cloud integration solutions to meet business requirements using products like TIBCO CE/MuleSoft/Azure logic apps
  • Lead the Architecture, design of Cloud Microservices and TIBCO applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to define integration strategies and solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on integration best practices and standards
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the integration layer
  • Stay updated with the latest Cloud Microservices Integration and TIBCO technologies / industry trends
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
  • Understands and contributes to organization’s vision, goals and strategies. Aligns department priorities appropriately, determines critical success factors, evaluates and pursues initiatives, investments and opportunities based on fit with strategies
