Responsibilities

Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions
Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions
Drive discussions and consult on transformation, customer journey, functional/application designs
Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively
