Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel, and CRM systems is required, along with professionalism and empathy in handling sensitive family conversations. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a reliable power backup solution are mandatory.
The Intake & Admissions Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and referrals, communicating warmly and professionally with families. They will conduct initial intake screenings to determine eligibility, provide accurate information about programs, and coordinate/schedule assessments. This role involves capturing and recording client information, managing the CRM system, verifying required forms, and monitoring client interactions to ensure timely follow-ups.
