Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Insurance sector and tech trends, at least 2-4 years of professional working experience in consulting firm or insurance companies
  • Good understanding of process for the creation of business requirements for the technical implementation in regards with transformation projects
  • Knowledge of main Insurance package, tools, regulation and competition
  • Knowledge of the agile approach and methodology
  • Solid Relationship skills and positioning with middle management (communication and presentation skills)
  • Management consulting skills (presentation skills, consisting of the production of deliverables, project plan management, organizational and planning skills)
  • Excellent knowledge of business English
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability

Responsibilities

  • Support data driven transformation projects, liaising directly with the customer's C-suite
  • Participate in the design of new operational and service models to drive medium-term change of insurance players
  • Ensure that programs and projects consistently follow the structured Project Management framework and tools
  • Support the development of innovative business solutions in the insurance market (Insurtech, Bankassurance)
  • As a part of the team, manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects often in international contexts, with different complexity, domain, and technology
