  • Expertise in AI and Machine Learning; AI and Computer Architectures; DataOps and Machine Learning Ops; Data Manipulation and Statistical Analysis; Model Validation and Performance Analysis; Data Visualisation and Performance Monitoring; Data Product Delivery and Management; Research and Project Management in Data; Strategic Leadership in AI and Data Science; Collaborative and Autonomous Working; Effective Stakeholder Engagement; Legal and Ethical Data Governance; Sustainable and Inclusive Design
  • Ability to deliver high-quality curriculum and mentor learners at L5 to L7 level for UK higher apprenticeship programmes
  • Experience or capability to facilitate delivery sessions, moderate assignments, and provide feedback
  • Willingness to complete a 3-week onboarding programme covering modern teaching methodologies, technical upskilling, and practical coaching

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical content and support apprentices in upskilling through workshops and drop-in sessions
  • Help apprentices develop appropriate Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours throughout their programme
  • Confidently facilitate delivery sessions of technical learning content, ensuring sessions meet learning objectives within allotted time
  • Adhere to the Coach Quality framework for consistent quality and apprentice experience
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating environment to drive apprentice learning, engagement, and satisfaction
  • Moderate assignments in line with mark schemes, providing feedback and feedforward to develop technical and durable skills
  • Maintain an owner's mentality, being proactive in supporting assigned learners or other coaches
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of relevant learning products such as AI Data Specialist, AI & ML Fellowship, and AI-related content in higher-level apprenticeship programmes
  • Report to a Delivery Lead and participate in team efforts to build the future of work
