  • Exceptional presentation, communication, coaching, and management abilities
  • Experience thriving in matrixed sales environments and overlay roles, collaborating across functions
  • Ability to connect solutions to student outcomes, educator impact, and district ROI

  • Willingness to travel as needed to drive impact and build relationships
  • Experience developing scalable sales playbooks and enablement programs

Responsibilities

  • Champion Edmentum’s instructional services solutions, owning ambitious sales targets and inspiring regional teams to exceed pipeline goals
  • Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to fuel growth through new product launches and market expansion
  • Lead the development and execution of cross-functional, national go-to-market strategies that position Edmentum as a leader in instructional services
  • Empower sales teams with cutting-edge enablement, training, and coaching, elevating product knowledge and market positioning
  • Analyze market trends in K–12 learning strategies, delivering actionable intelligence and feedback across departments
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, representing Edmentum at webinars, conferences, and industry events
  • Drive innovation and adaptability, ensuring solutions align with evolving customer needs and market dynamics
