Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or adult learning principles. A strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies is required.
The Instructional Designer will produce high-quality and innovative learning solutions and experiences for internal and external users, collaborating with various groups to analyze, design, develop, and maintain content for learning solutions. They will assist with the development of learning solutions across multiple formats, including instructor-led, self-paced, and blended learning, while adhering to industry best practices and policies. The role involves assisting with needs assessments, strategic learning assessments, and conducting research to develop learning solution content, as well as managing assigned projects and providing status reports.
