Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, learning evaluation, and instructional technology tools and platforms is required, as well as experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS).
Responsibilities
As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with CX stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, design and develop a variety of instructional materials such as digital learning materials, presentations, and tutorials, create interactive learning experiences, conduct learning evaluations, continuously improve instructional materials based on feedback, stay abreast of industry trends, and provide guidance to internal teams on instructional design principles.
