Demonstrable experience in leading and executing mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative) for complex projects, ideally within a technology environment, is required. Candidates should also have proven ability to develop and execute learning plans across the product roadmap.
Familiarity with software research techniques like unmoderated usability testing, A/B testing, tree testing, and card sorting is needed, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Maze for task creation, participant recruitment, and analysis.
