The Insights Quality Analyst focuses on ensuring the delivery of Cision’s Insights products and services to customers through both in-house and third-party providers. This role involves analyzing aggregate data, identifying trends, and working with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve quality and processes. The analyst is responsible for obtaining and reviewing measurable information on point-in-time performance, metrics against targets, and customer satisfaction. They also contribute to internal KPI data reporting and create reports for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders within Cision’s Insights function and with third-party suppliers.
  • Analyze Insights data across job roles, job functions, processing locations, and derive statistically valid trends to drive:
    • Root cause analysis
    • Improvement programs in training, processes, and quality control
    • Areas to automate to reduce errors or drive first-time right percentages
  • Analysis includes looking into the type of input, the complexity of the job, the outputs produced, adherence to SLA’s/KPI’s, ability to meet or exceed productivity measures, usage of tools and technology solutions.
  • Ensure that all data and quality reviews use consistent methods, tools, approaches, procedures, and accountability standards.
  • Frequently review trend data, customer surveys, and customer feedback to adjust training, resource qualifications, and actions.
  • Produce scorecards for internal data reporting up to board level and present this data to a range of stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores and work with the Insights team to address issues.
