Requirements

Responsibilities

The Insights Quality Analyst will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, analyze Insights data across various dimensions to identify trends and root causes, and drive improvement programs in training, processes, and quality control. They will also ensure consistent data and quality review methods, frequently review trend data and customer feedback, produce scorecards for internal data reporting, and present data to stakeholders up to board level.
