Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and insights storytelling
  • Experience in establishing processes to create mutual value
  • Experience or strong understanding of specified capability area
  • Strong understanding of or prior experience in the Retail/CPG industry
  • Relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure products and services available to clients have distinctive use-cases and effective processes for creation of value
  • Develop capability, competency and knowledge within the sales, client success and insight analyst teams to maximise both sales and value creation
  • Assess, optimise and collaborate to develop a complete proposition for your specific capability area that meets evolving client needs
  • Define client targeting criteria to enable identification of new opportunities, whilst supporting the team to constantly evolve sales discovery competency linked to the capability area
  • Create or maintain sales collateral for the products within the capability area, and ensure access to relevant materials
  • Measure value as per established process and coordinate efforts of champions and Natural Work Teams to build a repository of case studies, demonstrating how the products have been used to create value, and translating these to sales support collateral where applicable
  • Develop broad understanding of the capability area as it applies to CPGs and Retailers to define potential areas of collaboration
  • Engage with the Retailer to develop processes for value creation, communicate success stories, and build confidence in the products/services offered to CPGs
  • Work with the Product team relevant to your specific capability area to influence and evolve product developments to meet more client needs
  • Champion our team and people
  • Ensure efficient utilization of our full suite of products to build strong insights, stories and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of products
  • Manage risk effectively, provide visible and consistent leadership on our Values and Code of Business Conduct and act where you see issues
