Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver ‘Client Success’ for a portfolio of strategically important CPG clients, ensuring high satisfaction, engagement, and commercial impact
  • Build and grow senior-level relationships across client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor and champion of insight-led decision-making
  • Lead collaboration with retailer stakeholders to unlock joint value creation across relevant categories
  • Develop strategic insight briefs aligned to client goals and present actionable recommendations with impact
  • Identify and support commercial growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and value-based engagement
  • Lead a small Client Success team, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight of their client portfolios
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across dunnhumby to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Support the Client Success Manager in driving best practice, thought leadership, and continuous improvement across the wider team
