Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B inside sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, channel management, and product marketing teams
  • Self-starter attitude with high energy, adaptability, and a passion for SaaS/IT innovation
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), backup solutions (especially Veeam), and channel strategies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs, articulate our value proposition, and position Scality’s ARTESCA solutions effectively
  • Educate prospects and partners on key ARTESCA differentiators—cyber-resilience, unified deployment, cost savings, and deep integration with Veeam
  • Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers, and co-work and support reseller partners throughout the sales process
  • Generate pipeline by actively following up on marketing leads, leveraging channel partner referrals, and executing outbound sales prospecting
  • Engage proactively with channel partners and build strong channel partner relationships, helping them identify and work on new ARTESCA and ARTESCA+ Veeam opportunities
  • Engage proactively with our key alliances to drive joint pipeline growth
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets
