Required skills include good communication skills, proven ability to communicate effectively to satisfy customers’ needs, experience managing individuals, motivating, training and disciplining a staff, good computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong organizational skills with ability to handle crisis situations effectively.

Two (2) years experience in a customer service related position preferred or call center experience, along with a High School Diploma or GED.
