Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, outbound calling required
  • Ability to work in a goal driven environment and manage an assigned territory
  • High comfort level working with various technology platforms for log information and call details (i.e. Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate
  • Strong internal motivation and desire for quality work
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 100% of the work day
  • Constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to talk and hear to exchange accurate information
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
  • Ability to work 100% onsite with a rotational Saturday every other week

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to make 80-120 daily outbound calls to dealers to increase the deal pipeline
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers and serve as a customer success partner
  • Use strong customer service skills to answer incoming calls and inquiries from dealer partners regarding updates and active deals
  • Work with dealer partners to collaborate and provide deal structure and decisions
  • Build strong business relationships with GLS dealership partners to secure new and additional business
  • Provide support on deals actively in the pipeline
