Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all inbound leads and customers
  • Qualify incoming leads and decide how opportunities and customers are handled
  • Manage own accounts in assigned region(s)
  • Actively reach out to potential new customers in assigned region(s) through outbound calls and emails to generate leads
  • Proactively support account managers with larger accounts
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation to potential and existing customers
  • Collaborate with technical, business, and procurement decision-makers to support projects and deliver optimal solutions
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive sales and marketing efforts
