Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to effectively build relationships with potential clients.
The Inside Sales Representative will proactively identify and engage with new merchant partnerships within the SMB segment, driving rapid adoption of Addi and expanding the company’s network. They will generate Gross Merchandise Volume by securing new merchant sign-ups, continuously optimizing the onboarding process, and fostering strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and repeat transactions. Furthermore, they will guarantee the accuracy of sales data and provide timely reports within the CRM system.
