Inside Sales Representative

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, experience with interconnect passive electromechanical components is preferred, and a college degree is preferred. Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills are required, along with proficiency in PC skills such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Arrow system experience is a plus.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the Arrow line card in a defined territory, building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships, servicing customers, creating customer strategy and action planning, conducting territory and account planning, supporting value-added and supply chain engagements, generating quotations and closures, and collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve results.
