Requirements

Candidates should possess a college degree or equivalent work experience. Required licenses include Series 6 and 63. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and time management skills are necessary. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter who thinks proactively. Experience with DC Retirement Plan Administration/Document is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Associate will partner with the Regional Vice President of Sales to drive 401(k) plan sales within a designated geographic area. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to develop territories through outreach, client onboarding, and enrollment efforts. Key duties involve making outbound calls and emails to generate and close new leads, conducting targeted campaigns, providing quality customer service, communicating product and plan design information, and completing daily tasks and inquiries. The role also supports the onboarding experience for new Plan Sponsors and may involve other assigned duties.
