Requirements
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of professional work experience
Technical aptitude: Proficiency in utilizing various software and hardware platforms, including Oracle, Business Intelligence, and CRM systems
Microsoft Office Suite: Strong command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Bilingual proficiency: Native-level Japanese language skills (reading, speaking, and writing)
Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
Preferred: Goal-oriented & persistent with a strong drive to achieve targets and a tenacious approach to sales
Preferred: Exceptional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities
Inside Sales (70%): Maximize revenue by engaging with existing customer base for supplies and services
Qualify inbound sales calls and marketing-generated leads, passing opportunities to regional sales representatives using Salesforce (SFDC)
Explain and demonstrate features and benefits of products and services
Manage the sales cycle from start to finish and close deals within assigned accounts
Contribute to and update annual/quarterly business plans and reviews, aligning with performance goals
Develop and analyze installed base database platform to identify new opportunities
Verify and manage maintenance contracts
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets (achieve quota)
Sales Support (30%): Provide standard sales quotations
Assist with inquiries related to part numbers, supplies, and printers
Collaborate with customer operations, technical support, and service teams to resolve escalated partner and customer issues
Provide input to sales representatives for forecasting and funnel management
Act as primary customer contact when sales representatives are out of office
Manage and update pricing information
Update "Turn the Base" list to identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Take on special assignments and projects as instructed by manager
