Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers: Handle high volume of outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads to understand needs and guide toward personalized hearing care solutions
  • Coordinate appointments: Schedule appointments between customers and network of partner providers
  • Support the customer journey: Guide customers through their 45-day trial period, ensuring complete satisfaction with devices
