The Inside Dealer Sales Representative will daily interact with customers, providing information about products, processing orders and quotes, assisting customers with their needs, resolving issues or complaints, maintaining positive customer relationships, communicating with customers, working on large projects with the Outside Dealer Sales team, entering orders and quotes, answering phones and voicemails, monitoring emails, developing positive customer relationships, representing themselves professionally, maintaining acceptable profit margins, following up on all projects, and communicating with production and shipping departments.
