  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l’infrastructure informatique (tâches de service, gestion des incidents/problèmes, analyses, mises en œuvre)
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents
  • Contrôler et rapporter les opérations de sauvegarde du système
  • Contrôler et soutenir la sécurité du système d’information (pare-feu, protection des données, cryptage, etc.)
  • Auditer la sécurité du Système Informatique
  • Implémenter les changements d’infrastructures nécessaires au maintien et à l’évolution des environnements
