Responsibilities

  • Cartographier les comptes stratégiques et analyser les besoins métiers et technologiques (Map strategic accounts and analyze business and technological needs)
  • Assurer une prospection multicanale active (téléphonique et digitale) (Conduct active multi-channel prospecting (telephone and digital))
  • Organiser des rendez-vous pour présenter nos offres et répondre aux appels d’offres avec des propositions commerciales adaptées (Organize meetings to present offers and respond to calls for tenders with tailored commercial proposals)
  • Mener des négociations et finaliser les contrats avec les clients grands comptes (Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with major account clients)
  • Élaborer, avec votre manager, une stratégie de croissance sur votre périmètre (Develop, with your manager, a growth strategy for your scope)
  • Identifier et sélectionner les meilleurs candidats via nos bases de données et outils de sourcing (Identify and select top candidates via databases and sourcing tools)
  • Réaliser des entretiens pour évaluer les compétences techniques et interpersonnelles (Conduct interviews to assess technical and interpersonal skills)
  • Présenter nos opportunités et promouvoir notre culture auprès des futurs consultants (Present our opportunities and promote our culture to future consultants)
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des missions et faciliter l’intégration de nos consultants (Ensure smooth mission execution and facilitate consultant integration)
  • Renforcer la cohésion d’équipe par l’organisation de suivis, de déjeuners d’équipe et d'afterworks (Strengthen team cohesion through follow-ups, team lunches, and afterworks)
