Requirements

  • Basic IT knowledge in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications
  • Basic IT knowledge on hardware support, keeping and giving support on company devices
  • Troubleshooting skills

  • Customer service driven, understands the importance of confidentiality, business, and privacy of users
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a technical support or service desk role is an asset
  • ITIL certified (at least ITIL v4 foundation) is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Investigate incoming IT related incident tickets
  • Fulfill IT related service requests, such as creating and configuring user accounts, and assist on initial setup for this access
  • Support users via call, chat, and ticketing tools
  • Provide assistance to other teams for backup activities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, including Global teams, to provide support
  • Provide assistance and prepare meeting rooms for V.I.P. users
  • Keep meeting rooms always in working order, making checklists on these devices
  • Keep printer devices working; in case of issues, trigger the vendor to provide support
