Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and possess at least six years of progressive experience with infrastructure engineering, including managed and self-managed Kubernetes clusters, experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Cloudformation, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef, and familiarity with AWS services such as S3, EKS, Opensearch, MSK, Sagemaker, and RDS.

Responsibilities

The Infrastructure Technical Team Lead will lead the infrastructure team by developing tools and processes according to architectural guidelines, engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify areas of improvement, automate infrastructure and application deployments, break down complex problems into manageable units of work, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes clusters, drive a strong culture of documentation, lead and mentor team members, monitor and troubleshoot system performance and availability, perform coding reviews, run team ceremonies, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
