12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in M&A-related projects
Strong domain knowledge in Retail, CPG, and Logistics infrastructure environments
Proven experience in infrastructure integration/separation across global enterprise landscapes
Expertise in cloud migration, network architecture, data centre operations, and workplace technologies
Experience with IT due diligence, TSA (Transition Service Agreements), carve-out planning and execution
Experience working with retail ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), logistics platforms, and POS systems
Exposure to infrastructure automation, CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and hybrid cloud environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Prior consulting experience in top-tier firms or large-scale transformation programs
Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, Azure/AWS Architect are highly desirable
Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure assessments and planning during pre-deal due diligence and post-deal integration/separation for retail, CPG and logistics clients
Define and deliver infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals and operational continuity
Develop Day1, Day 2 readiness plans and execution roadmaps for infrastructure transitions
Design and implement infrastructure solutions across data centres, cloud platforms, networks, and end-user computing
Evaluate legacy systems and recommend modernization or rationalization strategies
Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure during transitions
Address seasonal scalability, logistics network dependencies, and consumer data privacy requirements
Identify infrastructure risks and mitigation strategies during M&A lifecycle
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) and internal IT policies
Support Transition Service Agreements (TSAs) and vendor contract reviews
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external advisors to align infrastructure strategy with deal objectives
Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
