Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions

Assist in the implementation of technology at the operating system level across all server and network areas
Provide hardware and software support for various software solutions, vendors, and brands
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (remote and onsite)
Provide support for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes)
Perform L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware/software at the operating system-level across server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands
