Requirements

  • Scientific Degree in biomedical sciences, chemical-pharmaceutical disciplines, or Scientific Information on Medicines; alternatively, documented experience as an ISF prior to 11/01/1993 (as per Legislative Decree no. 219 of 24 April 2006)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with the gynecology target is preferred
  • Knowledge of the reference territory and of the competitive context
  • Residence or domicile in Calabria is preferred (Note: Job is for Lombardia/Milano area)
  • Customer and result orientation, flexibility, proactivity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good informatics skills and open-to-digital approach
  • Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the achievement of sales and turnover targets of the relevant business by organizing regular visits to customers (Doctors)
  • Effectively and efficiently plan activities to guarantee the continuous monitoring of the market and customers in portfolio (also through digital activities), the development of emerging needs, in compliance with Group guidelines and the directives of the Manager
  • Maintaining and taking care of the brand image and presence of Bayer products in competence, through the direct management and care of relations with Opinion Leaders and the operational management of local communication and promotion initiatives for Bayer products
  • Ensuring adequate technical-scientific and clinical assistance to the end customer, through the collection and understanding of the customer's needs and the timely transmission of the request for support to the Division functions
