Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years Mac & PC desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment (university or professional)
Demonstrated expertise in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise wireless devices, including iOS and Android platforms, and effectively resolving critical system issues
Proficient in troubleshooting, configuration, and setup of Mac systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including support services such as Jamf
Working knowledge in Google Workspace, Mac environments, Fortigate Firewall, Cisco switches, Zoom, AWS, JIRA, Confluence
Experience working with ticketing systems and managing security-related incidents in alignment with organizational policies
Comprehensive understanding of networking technologies, configurations, and security best practices
Working knowledge of VOIP concepts
Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred)

Responsibilities

Work within company’s established standards, procedures, and guidelines in delivering service to staff
Fulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner
Monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues in a timely manner
Follow proper ticketing procedures and best practices
Improve existing and develop new documentation for systems and services
Participate in training to develop and maintain knowledge in existing and new technologies
Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
Support Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects
Work with Project Managers to provide technical knowledge and assistance
Provide assistance in onboarding new employees
Work cross-functionally with all departments to assist with IT issues as well as build out systems functionality
Partner closely with the IT team to help in migration from Microsoft to Google suite
Communicate complex technical solutions to all levels of management
Process onboarding and offboarding of users to various systems, streamlining and documenting existing workflows
Respond to or escalate all internal support requests to Systems Administrators, as necessary
Learn, maintain, and document information pertaining to systems, software, applications, and processes used across the organization
