SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth 2, hands-on (limited) experience with any IAM solutions such as Ping, IBM FIM, ADFS, OKTA, Azure IAM platforms
Experience with Azure AD, Azure B2C, and Azure SSO
Experience with custom policies in Azure B2C and working with XML
Experience with user account provisioning using integrated HR systems and MS Active Directory
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information security, or information systems
8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain
Experience in implementing Identity & Access Management or a similar role within the Identity & Access Management work environment (desired)

Provide technical support for Global Payments IAM systems and ensure overall maintenance and configuration standards of the tools
Ensure the implementation of MFA on existing software platforms across multiple businesses under the Global Payments umbrella
Assist MFA operational support with the onboarding of new applications into Azure B2C, Entra ID, and Okta
Ensure optimization of the Azure B2C operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards
Create and maintain Azure B2C process and troubleshooting documentation
Lead the team in technology implementations and train peers as needed
Report back to leadership on project updates, key milestones, and strategic initiatives
