Candidates should possess experience contributing to Information Security GRC program initiatives and supporting the execution of risk assessments. They require excellent project, organizational, and content management skills, along with a strong understanding of various state and federal regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including SOX, PCI, SOC, NIST, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, and HITECH. Practical knowledge and experience with compliance and security framework standards are also necessary.
The Information Security GRC Analyst will manage and execute the organization's IS GRC programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This includes providing support for risk management, third-party vendor management, vulnerability/threat management, compliance management, and RFP processes. The analyst will assess and monitor security processes and controls, generate reports, conduct formal risk analysis, assist with audits, contribute to policy maintenance, and foster a collaborative environment. They will also measure program efficacy, communicate metrics, and make recommendations for improvement, while prioritizing, evaluating, and resolving security-related issues, facilitating training, and contributing to the design and optimization of IS GRC solutions.
