Serve as the technical specialist for predominantly food & beverage customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Work with customers to identify, develop and execute projects that improve and provide savings for customers’ operations
Partner with key internal and external customers to drive innovation at their sites
Be an advocate for innovation by identifying and merchandising opportunities to implement innovation in customers’ business
Develop and share expertise in sanitation process and related technologies
Be the technical go-to for the NSW team/ANZ team, assisting with complex enquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and the NSW team, providing guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends
Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement
Attend and present at regular business review meetings with customers
