Responsibilities

Support the sales team in serving corporate clients (B2B), conducting market analysis and identifying business opportunities
Collaborate on the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations in line with JD’s branding and communication standards
Keep CRM data updated and assist in tracking the sales pipeline
Help collect client feedback and analyze data to support continuous improvement and customer retention strategies
Attend commercial meetings and interact with different internal areas (logistics, pricing, technology) to support customized solutions
