Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Marketing o afín
  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en empresas de Consumo Masivo, Retailers, consultoras de investigación de mercado, áreas de marketing, comercial o gestión de proyectos
  • Paquetería Microsoft Avanzado (PowerPoint, Excel y Word)
  • Power BI (nivel intermedio deseable)
  • Inglés (Intermedio-Avanzado / Avanzado deseable)
  • Buena habilidad de gestión de proyectos (en tiempo, según el alcance y con flexibilidad cuando sea necesario)
  • Experiencia comprobable de gestión de equipos
  • Gestión del cliente y habilidades de consultoría
  • Trabajo bajo presión y manejo de estrés
  • Pasión por el trato directo con clientes, perfil analítico con habilidades comerciales y de trabajo en equipo, capacidad para inspirar y motivar a compañeros

Responsibilities

  • Liderar el inicio y desarrollo de relaciones fructíferas con clientes (principales fabricantes de consumo masivo) a nivel local, garantizando desarrollo comercial, comunicación continua y creación de estrategias alineadas a la visión de negocio del cliente
  • Desarrollar el equipo, organizando y formando a los analistas a cargo
  • Establecer altos estándares de entrega al cliente, proporcionar soporte, reconocimiento y retroalimentación para desarrollar asociados y apoyar un entorno de equipo sólido enfocado en exceder requisitos internos y externos
  • Manejar conversaciones confidenciales con clientes, resolver conflictos y armonizar procesos a nivel interno
  • Conocer al cliente, entender sus necesidades y negocio para proponer estrategias con visión integral de las soluciones de NielsenIQ
  • Apoyar en la creación de planes anuales para definir planes de acción con clientes, identificando objetivos, soluciones y resultados
  • Realizar presentaciones de negocio con alto nivel de detalle analítico a distintas áreas de los clientes
  • Fomentar y apoyar el desarrollo continuo de los asociados del equipo mediante motivación, acompañamientos, capacitaciones y retroalimentaciones continuas
  • Negociar y asegurar el modelo de servicio con base en entregables con la cartera de clientes
