Candidates should possess an Associate's degree with a minimum of two years of experience or three years of related work experience, along with a current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph. US citizenship is required, and prior experience in military, law enforcement, or industrial security is necessary. Experience with the use and management of physical security systems, including IDS, access control, and cameras, is also required, as is familiarity with NISS, DISS, and SIMS databases, and completion of the DCSA CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities.
The Industrial Security Specialist II will assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, produce badges, process and file security information, escort personnel, support classified shipping, and conduct security briefings. They will also be trained and mentored to perform all related duties, monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
