  • オーナー・投資家向けのリーシングマネージメントや適正賃料コンサルティング
  • マーケット戦略立案からマーケット分析に基づく賃料提案などの包括的なコンサルテーションをサポート
  • 担当する案件の内容に応じて、連携する他部門、他国との橋渡し役としてプロジェクトをリード

The position offers a yearly salary system (yearly salary divided by 12 monthly payments, including fixed overtime allowance), variable bonuses (commissions) paid twice a year in February and August based on individual sales performance with industry-high commission rates, and annual salary review in April.
