Responsibilities

Planung von Arbeitsgängen, Arbeitsfolgen und Planung von Betriebsmitteln unter Berücksichtigung bekannter Fertigungsverfahren und Zeitdaten nach Lean Kriterien
Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von ergonomischen, wirtschaftlichen und sicheren Arbeitsplätzen in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsleitung und Instandhaltung
Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsvorgaben in SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
Mitwirkung an der Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung interner Fertigungsrichtlinien
Aktive Mitarbeit an der Implementierung des Caterpillar Produktionssystems (CPS) z. B. 5S, RIW, Ergonomische Arbeitsplatzgestaltung etc
Steigerung der Maschinenkapazitäten und Effizienzsteigerung der verketteten Prozessabläufe bei Beachtung der Null-Fehler Strategie
Moderation von Shopfloor-Workshops und KVP-Maßnahmen
Unterstützung von Projekten innerhalb der Fertigung wie z. B. Neumaschinenbeschaffung, Neugestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen, EDV-Systeme zur Datenerfassung etc. und Abstimmung der Aktivitäten mit Produktion, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Qualitätsmanagement
Aufbau von Dashboards und Visualisierungen zur Prozessüberwachung
Bestehende Fertigungspläne auf Verbesserungspotentiale prüfen und hierzu Vorschläge erarbeiten
Einführung und Schulung digitaler Messsysteme, Assistenzsysteme und vernetzter Handwerkzeuge (z. B. Drehmomentdokumentation, Smart Tools)
Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung der Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigungsdokumentation
