The position is onsite in Charlotte, NC.
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or related discipline is required, along with 2–5+ years of experience in product design, industrial design, CAD modeling, or physical product visualization.
Proficiency in design and modeling software such as Al Design, Rhino, and SolidWor is required.
You will collaborate closely with product engineers, sales teams, BU leadership, marketing, and manufacturing plants, as well as partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and the Charlotte Creative Group.
Strong candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field, 2–5+ years of experience in product or industrial design with CAD proficiency, and the ability to blend creative problem-solving with engineering awareness across cross-functional teams.
